  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    The amount of the item will only be returned if packet loss. We do not cover damage caused by the transport.

    Once shipped, for National orders (Spain) take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 14 and 90 days.

    We offer two shipping types:

    -Certificate Mail / Standard shipping for all orders (national transit time: 2-10 days) / (international transit time: 14-90 days). Includes tracking number.

    -Priority Mail / For this shipping method, please, contact with us before purchase (national transit time: 1-3 days) / (international transit time: 7-12 days). Includes tracking number.

    Transit times may vary depending on the courier and formalities in customs clearance. We are not responsible for additional costs for customs, taxes or tariffs in the destination country.
